Podcast

SeventyFive/25

Dr. Jensen and Dr. Nash began this podcast in January 2022. SeventyFive/25 is a podcast focusing on the mental health of first responders and their families. The name came from the idea that 25% of your life is uncontrollable, but 75% of it is completely up to you. You get to choose how to respond, feel, and think. Topics focus on coping skills, sleep, retirement, marriage, addiction, among a variety of other topics. There are even guest speakers from law enforcement and fire!
