At FRST Psychology, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that honors the courage and sacrifice of first responders. We are committed to creating a safe and understanding space where those who serve can heal, build resilience, and thrive. Through culturally competent care, community engagement, and a deep respect for the unique challenges of the job, we stand beside our heroes—supporting their well-being so they can continue to serve others and live fulfilling lives.

Meet the Team

Our team of experienced licensed therapists are dedicated to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to first responders and their families. FRST Psychology was founded in 2025, but the FRST clinicians have years of experience and training working with first responders. We are committed to delivering high-quality treatment grounded in scientific research to help first responders live a full, healthy life.
